What is a content (RSS) feed?
Content feeds (RSS - Really Simple Syndication) provide you with the most recent updates to the Popular Mechanics Web site without you having to visit the Web site itself. A downloadable "reader" keeps you up to date by sending you a reminder each time content is updated.
How it works
1) Download an RSS reader, software that checks the Web site and alerts you to updates. ( or for a list of other readers you might like to use instead).
2) Decide what content you want: click on the RSS icon next to the content in which you are interested. Then, copy and paste the URL (web address) you are given into a new feed on your RSS reader.
