Why cut cake into squares when they can just as easily be cut into hexagons? Well, easily for Matthias Wandel.
This DIY enthusiast fashioned a knife capable of cutting hexagons, after someone (presumably his wife) mentioned she had to cut cake into squares or triangles and he commented that he could better this idea with a triangular or hexagonal cutter.
In the video above Wandel explains the steps he took to create the knife and you get to see it in action.
