“Are you brave enough to trussssst her?” is the catch phrase of this promotional video for Disney’s upcoming The Jungle Book movie. The video above is a full 360º view from the tree tops of the dense jungle, complete with ambient forest sounds and creatures rustling the leaves. If you’re lucky to have a VR headset, or even a good old Google Cardboard you’re in for a treat. Alternatively, watch the video with the lights off and the sound up for an amazing jungle experience.
This Directed by Jon Favreau, who has been on the helm for Iron Man and Iron Man 2, this iteration of The Jungle Book is an updated version of the original Disney movie with photo realistic animals. The story follows the adventures of Mowgli (played by Neel Sethi), a man-cub raised by wolves. Mowgli finds he is no longer welcome in the jungle, when the tiger Shere Khan (voiced by Idris Elba) promises to drive him out.
The movie brings back all the characters many loved as children, but this time around they are voiced by an all-star cast of Hollywood actors. Baloo the worry-free bear is voiced by Bill Murray, Bagheera the strict-but-caring panther is voiced by Ben Kingsley, Scarlett Johansson voices the deadly but hypnotising python Kaa, and Christopher Walken voices the Orangutang, King Louie.
