If you’d rather weave through the traffic than get stuck in it, here’s a good option: Honda’s latest scooter, the PCX150, packs plenty of performance, space and style. Its 153 cm³ single-cylinder, four-stroke, liquid-cooled SOHC two-valve engine has enough grunt for you to take it on the highway. It shines on the economy front, too, delivering an impressive 44,6 km per litre.
A durable tubular steel underbone frame allows a low seat height (761 mm) while the 1 305 mm wheelbase and relaxed steering geometry make for a reassuringly stable ride. Turning radius is a tight 1,98 m, allowing for easy manoeuvres in tricky spaces. It comes with Honda’s rather clever Combined Brake System, which equalises the braking forces on both wheels to deliver smooth, effective performance. Oh, and you also get 25 litres of convenient underseat storage.
