Dedicated biltong pruner

Date:25 October 2013 Tags:,

If you’re lucky enough to be given a few sticks of biltong, you might be tempted to use an extra-sharp pocket knife to cut it into bite-sized pieces. However, this isn’t the best tool for the job, and you run the very real risk of cutting yourself. Instead, buy yourself a good pair of pruning shears: it will cut through biltong like a hot knife through butter. If treated well and used only for this purpose, it will last many seasons before it needs to be sharpened.
