Here’s how to repair a cracked and leaking plastic bucket. First, heat your soldering gun, then run it along the crack to create a V, as you would do when welding together two steel objects.
Next, cut a strip from the lid of a plastic ice cream container and heat it into the V with the soldering fun (in effect, welding it), working on the inside or the outside.
