New angle on boerewors

My tip comes from observing many a braai master losing a battle with his wors. The easy solution: insert two steel skewers at right angles to each other through the rolled wors, and there you have it – a well-tamed boerie roll, ready to turn. The compact shape also makes for the juiciest wors, since it doesn’t expose the entire surface to the fire.
