Riding the waves on your Porsche 911 Turbo? It’s possible – well sort of – thanks to a custom-build service offered by distributors Cayenne World.
They recently upgraded a Sea Doo RXP X 260 for a customer, making the ski look similar to the owner’s Porsche 911 Turbo, including colour and branding. Naturally, that’s not where it ended: they also tweaked the output to 300 hp (or 225 kW, if you’re unfamiliar with old-school style). According to Cayenne, there are a number of units being customised – one owner opting for the Ferrari look. “Every ski we sell is customised to suit the needs of our customer, ranging from colours and graphics to performance requirements, all of which are performed under warranty,” says Cayenne’s Craig Langton. “Our most popular seller, the new Sea Doo Spark is sold including a colour custom kit designed to make you stand out from the crowd.”
“The Spark’s 60 or 90 hp engine is tuned to produce 100 hp, making the lightweight ski a force to be reckoned with. We even fit performance exhaust systems, so that they found fantastic, too.”
