Celluon Epic laser keyboard: Qwerty to go

Date:4 January 2014 Tags:, , , ,

Fiddling with small keyboards or touchscreens can be a pain when composing anything longer than a Twitter update. Built to travel, Celluon’s Epic laser keyboard measures a mere 20 x 35 x 70 mm. It projects a full-size (10 x 24 cm) Qwerty keyboard on to almost any flat, opaque surface. Pairing happens via Bluetooth, and it’s compatible with iOS, Android, Blackberry and PC platforms. Because it’s able to track the movement of your fingers, it doubles up as a multi-touch mouse. The battery (charged via USB) is reportedly good for about two hours. Price: about R1 500.
