HTC’s Touch smartphone
Mobile phone makers have done a great job cramming all those features into ever-smaller handsets, but navigating the complex menus can sometimes be a pain. Enter HTC’s Touch smartphone, which offers a unique way of controlling touchscreen-based devices – by recognising and responding to the sweep of a finger across the screen. This device is so smart that it can distinguish between finger and stylus, and respond accordingly.
It allows finger-touch scrolling and browsing of Web pages, documents, messages and contact lists. You can use it to surf the Web, send and receive e-mails, chat on Messenger, or send files to your own Web space through Windows Live. Other features include Windows Mobile 6 Professional, a 2-megapixel camera, GSM/ GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11, and Bluetooth 2.0.
