You can read more about this movie that’s expected to rock box office sales in the February issue of Popular Mechanics magazine.
Some trivia to whet you appetite: Black Panther actor Chadwick Boseman was taught to speak Xhosa (the official language of Wakanda, the hidden country that features in the Marvel tale) by our own John Kani, who stars in the movie. John’s son Atandwa Kani and South African actress Connie Chiume also feature in the superhero film.
Scenes from the movie also make their way into a new Lexus advert that aired during the Super Bowl on 4 February. The luxury vehicle manufactuer has teamed up with T’Challa (the King of Wakanda and the Black Panther) played by Boseman to create the commercial . You can watch it here.
Adding to the hype on Twitter, Black Panther star Chadwick Boseman recently tweeted a picture of the newly released Black Panther Twitter emoji.
