Audi’s new TT RS has arrived in South Africa and the company has pulled out all the stops with this new model.
Featuring the World Engine award-winning turbocharged 2.5l five-cylinder petrol engine and rated with the ability to go from 0 to 100km/h in only 3.7 seconds, it is incredibly impressive.
It comes standard with LED headlights although you can upgrade to the matrix OLED’s if you prefer. There is also a choice between a top-end speed of 250km/h or 280km/h.
Award winning five cylinder:2.5 TFSI engine with 294 kW and 480 Nm.

Designed to be sporty and look sporty, it has RS sport seats and an RS sport leather steering wheel which all feature the RS logo design.
Tech hasn’t been left out either with the Audi virtual cockpit operating from a 31.2-inch screen. This features MMI navigation and MMI touch as well as a smartphone interface. If you’re someone who loves a great sound system, there is the option to upgrade to the Bang & Olufsen speakers.
You can also choose from nine different colours, with a new specific colour just for the RS, Kyalami Green.
All this grandeur doesn’t come cheap though, and the price tag for the Coupé is R1,062,000 and the Roadster starts at R1,113,500.
