The Jaguar XE sedan has had a facelift and is more luxurious than ever. From detailed exterior including LED headlights to a refined interior design featuring the voice-controlled 10” Touch Pro infotainment2 system, this model is as modern as they come.
However, its biggest draw must be its giant move towards sustainability. According to Auto Express, all Jaguar XE models are powered by 2.0-litre engines that have been developed with focus on economy and efficiency. CO2 emissions are 146g/km and 161g/km, for the rear drive and the four-wheel drive, respectively.
The most efficient engine in the range is the diesel: combined economy figures sit at 46-50.7mpg for the rear-drive version of the D180 and 41.6-46.4mpg for the four-wheel drive model.

The new XE is expected to arrive in South Africa during the first half of 2021 and will be available in three specification levels; S, R-DYNAMIC SE and R-DYNAMIC HSE, according to Kempton Express.
This powerhouse is also as fast as it is beautiful, speeding up from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.7 seconds and Jaguar says it returns 7.9l/100km.
The price range for South Africa is yet to be announced.
